### Job Title: Commercial Officer
#### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Officer to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of contracts, from initial capture through proposal, contract award, and all stages of contract administration.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts for major projects, programs, and complex agreements
* Ensure compliance with Terms and Conditions, identify risks, and implement solutions to emerging issues
* Independently identify, define, and execute contract revisions and improvements following established procedures
* Ensure the flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers
#### Requirements
* Proven experience as a Commercial Officer or in a similar contracts management role
* Expertise in managing contracts for major projects, programs, and complex agreements
* Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, report writing, and organizational skills
#### What We Offer
* Competitive salary up to £60,000, depending on experience
* Flexible work arrangement with 2-3 days on-site and the remainder remote
