About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial & Contracts Officer to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the smooth flow of commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from capture through to proposal, contract award, and all associated contract administration.
- Ensure the flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial activities align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
