Position Overview:
As a Lead Freight Import Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the data input into our logistics system, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee that all necessary documentation is prepared and available for collection.
  • Engage directly with clients regarding any shipments that are not ready for collection, ensuring timely communication.
  • Address unexpected challenges promptly, providing comprehensive support to our clients.

Additional Duties:
