About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Positive Individual Proactive Support (PIPS) in Colburn. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live active lives in the community, manage their daily living skills, and facilitate their hobbies and interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to live independently and make informed choices about their lives
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and wellbeing
  • Facilitate activities and hobbies to enhance the quality of life for individuals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) strategies
