Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a busy depot.
- Prepare vehicles for hire, inspect vehicles in and out for damage.
- Liaise with customers to arrange servicing and maintenance.
- Maintain a tidy and accessible yard at all times.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and compliance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar environment.
- HGV or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- The ability to multitask is essential.
- Flexibility to work in the yard and office environments.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A self-motivated approach.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
One in four Saturdays, 8am to 12pm, as required.
