About the Role:
The Visitor Experience Team Member plays a vital role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests at Lost Shore Surf Resort. This position encompasses everything from answering inquiries and resolving concerns to handling transactions swiftly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest queries about the resort, either in person, on the phone, or using our CRM and bookings systems.
- Work as a team member of the Visitor Experience (VE) Team, in both front-of-house and back-of-house capacities.
- Accountable for delivering a world-class visitor experience and ensuring that information is delivered accurately, timely, and in an appropriate manner.
- Report to the VE Manager and work with the VE Team Leaders.
