Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Ward YGC, a mixed-sex ward for nursing ENT, Maxillofacial, and Urology patients.

Main Duties
  • Assist registered nurses and practitioners in delivering high-quality, holistic patient care, ensuring dignity and equality are maintained at all times.
  • Specialise in urological treatments, including prostate and bladder cancers, as well as Head and Neck cancer patients requiring tracheostomies and Laryngectomies.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, individualised care for patients and their families.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
