Job Title: Principal Bridge Engineer

Advance TRS is seeking a highly skilled Principal Bridge Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design engineering team, you will be responsible for leading technical design aspects of bridge projects, carrying out structural analysis and design, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical design aspects of bridge projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Carry out structural analysis and design for various bridge types, including steel, concrete, and composite bridges.
  • Liaise and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expertise during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  • Assist with mentoring junior engineers to increase their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Ideal candidate is Chartered (ICE/IStuctE) or close to achieving it.
  • Recent specialist knowledge of bridge design in the UK.
  • Valid full driving license.
Benefits:

  • £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience and suitability).
