Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Painting Specialist to join our team focused on delivering exceptional service in the housing sector.

The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards outlined in the job specifications.

It is crucial that every client enjoys a positive experience by fulfilling commitments, demonstrating respect, accountability, and kindness.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with conducting mould treatments, performing ventilation assessments, and executing decorative work in our clients' residences. Additionally, you will handle basic repairs and maintenance within domestic environments.

Excellent customer service skills, along with a proactive and positive attitude, are essential as you will represent the company while moving between properties, ensuring all work is performed to the utmost quality.

The responsibilities of the Residential Painting Specialist include:

  • Calculating surface areas to determine the quantity of paint or wall coverings required
  • Removing old wallpaper or paint layers
  • Repairing holes and cracks to ensure smooth surfaces
  • Applying primer and undercoat to surfaces
  • Painting surfaces with multiple coats
  • Hanging wallpaper
  • Incorporating decorative finishes such as glazes or marbling
  • Cleaning up after completing tasks
  • Maintaining tools and equipment

Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience with Damp and Mould
- At least 4 years of experience in Domestic Settings

You will work a standard 8am - 5pm schedule with opportunities for overtime. While specialist tools will be provided, you are expected to have your own basic hand tools. A company vehicle will be available for work-related travel.
