Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution: Execute trades with precision and efficiency across multiple trading platforms, ensuring optimal pricing and minimal slippage.

Platform Management: Operate and manage the MT5 Manager platform proficiently, ensuring smooth trading operations and reducing downtime.

Integration and API Management: Leverage APIs to streamline and automate trading processes, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of trade executions.

Risk Management: Continuously monitor and manage trading risks, adhering to established risk management policies to protect investments.

Book Running: Support the management of a trading book, analyze market trends, and make informed trading decisions to optimize returns.

System Optimization: Enhance trading systems and workflows utilizing One Zero and, where applicable, Centroid to ensure peak performance and reliability.

Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional support and guidance to clients regarding trading operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trading opportunities, providing actionable insights to the trading team.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Dealer in the financial services sector, ideally within a hedge fund environment.

Platform Proficiency: Extensive experience with One Zero and MT5 Manager is crucial. Familiarity with Centroid is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Strong background in utilizing APIs for the integration and automation of trading processes.

Book Running: Proven track record in managing a trading book and making informed trading decisions is a significant asset.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex market data and trends.

Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and the trading team.

Attention to Detail: Remarkable attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and system management.
