Job Title: Senior Transformation Manager

Job Summary:

Vodafone Shared Operations is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to play a critical role in transformation and change management within our Function. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives and programmes to enable our Function to act as thought leaders, delivering end-to-end solutions for the business and creating real value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a high-impact transformation roadmap for the Function, positioning us to align and enable the Vodafone Shared Operations vision and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable change.
  • Act as business manager for the General Counsel and oversee a portfolio of programmes and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure operational efficiency across the Function, including managing resources, suppliers, budgets, and technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for legal operations, including contract management, legal and security technology, knowledge management, metrics, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in legal/compliance/risk/security operations, programme management, or transformation roles within a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing transformation initiatives and complex programmes.
  • Strong understanding of legal/compliance/risk/security processes, technology, and operations in an in-house environment.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Professional level fluency in written and spoken English.
