The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our creative team in London. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in the execution of 360 marketing and communication projects for various clients in the food and beverage industry.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Supporting the Account Managers in the daily management of clients and the development of marketing plans.
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of communication materials, including press releases, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Participating in the organization of trade shows and events.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for Trade, PR, and Digital campaigns.
- Carrying out market monitoring, market analyses, and positioning studies.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the operational teams in the daily management of clients.
- Developing marketing plans and strategies.
- Creating and distributing communication materials.
- Participating in the organization of trade shows and events.
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs for campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An understanding of the marketing landscape and the food and beverage industry.
- An interest in marketing and communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- A passion for events and a willingness to attend them on an ad hoc basis.
- Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage.
