About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviour. While formal qualifications are not necessary, experience in working with children with additional needs is essential.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN and behavioural challenges, assist in implementing tailored educational plans, and help create a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN and challenging behaviour.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized educational plans.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure every child receives the support they need.
