About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and hard-working Store Manager to join our team at Poundstretcher in Margate. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers, reviewing sales performance, and ensuring measures are in place to drive sales. You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and motivating staff to achieve store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Reviewing sales performance and implementing measures to drive sales
  • Delivering on KPIs and profitability
  • Recruiting, managing, and motivating staff
  • Ensuring company standards are implemented and maintained
  • Health and safety of store and colleagues

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to control costs and availability of stock
  • Commercially and target-driven
