Your primary focus will be on owning the system and process improvement agenda, delivering effective solutions throughout the employee lifecycle aspects. You will use data to inform decisions and systems to simplify working practices, further developing the transactional services that are offered and adding value to the company.
As a leader for the transactional and operational tasks for Shared Services, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team, while also being happy and willing to get involved in the day-to-day operation with key stakeholders.
The Shared Services team plays a critical component in ensuring that all aspects of the employee transactional life cycle are undertaken within contractual, regulatory, policy, and legislative frameworks.
This role will afford you the opportunity to lead the integration of our time and management attendance systems to a new provider, working closely with the HR Administrator and reporting to the HR Business Partner.
