About the Role

Tenways E-Bike is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in Scotland/North England/North Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage designated customer accounts, including opening new accounts and serving as the primary contact for existing ones
  • Build and maintain relationships with premium bike resellers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales operations, including order processing, sales administration, and training
  • Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to retailers
  • Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives to promote the Tenways brand and maintain its integrity
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase sales
  • Prepare sales forecasts and manage inventory carryover
  • Collaborate with social media and customer teams to promote the Tenways brand across all channels
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
  • Knowledge and experience in sales, market research, and analysis
  • Highly organized and able to work remotely
  • Demonstrate technological acumen and ability to acclimate quickly to new digital platforms
  • Budget and management experience
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
