Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our clinical team at Priory Hospital Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored treatment plans and promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, prioritizing the needs and well-being of our patients
- Participate in the development of new services and care pathways, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support
- Support the local implementation of our Group Nursing Strategy, promoting excellence in nursing practice and patient care
- Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice

Shift Patterns
We operate a range of shift patterns, including days (7am to 7:30pm) and night shifts (7pm to 7:30am), with night contracts available.
