About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dedicated catering team at Dine Contract Catering in Rochdale. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus, as well as sharing responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen staff and maintain service standards
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts
About You

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef who is passionate about using top-quality fresh ingredients and creating exceptional dining experiences. You should have a minimum of Sous Chef level experience and demonstrate culinary expertise and dedication.
