Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Systems Planner to join our team at Peel Ports Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class maintenance plans across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our engineering team and IT professionals to develop and implement maintenance plans that ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, tasks, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset utilization, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop plans to address them.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in engineering systems planning, maintenance management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to optimize asset performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
