Accounts Administrator Role Overview
A well-established residential lettings firm is on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to enhance their dedicated financial team. This position is pivotal in overseeing the financial aspects of the lettings portfolio, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and prompt processing of rent payments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the processing of rent payments and manage the collection of rental income.
- Perform bank reconciliations to monitor and verify financial transactions.
- Keep comprehensive records of all financial data.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to address and rectify discrepancies.
- Employ financial software to streamline accounting operations.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, tenants, and service providers.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in accounts administration is essential.
- Proficiency in financial software; knowledge of the Alto system is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining financial records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance are beneficial.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
This role is ideal for a proficient Accounts Administrator with a background in financial operations.
