Job Title: Marketing & Communications Officer (Part-time)

At Made By Mortals, we're on a mission to amplify lived experience knowledge and attract investment in the people-powered audio, film, music, and theatre we make. We're looking for a talented Marketing & Communications Officer to join our creative community and help us achieve our goals.

We're seeking an experienced marketing professional with a passion for the arts and health sectors. As a Marketing & Communications Officer, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing strategies, both print and digital, to increase audience engagement, participant recruitment, and help position our work as a leader in our sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to achieve our financial targets and increase audience engagement
  • Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality content across various platforms
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media and website updates
  • Support new business development and partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of our brand and marketing materials
Requirements:
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably in the health and care, arts, and/or events sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to write high-quality, engaging, and targeted copy across print and digital platforms
  • Experience in content creation and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
