Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team. As a key member of our creative community, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing and communications strategies to achieve our financial targets, increase audience engagement, and participant recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a creative and resourceful approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in content creation. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing our online presence, and collaborating with our team to achieve our goals.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and values, and who can help us position our work as a leader in our sector. If you're a motivated and adaptable marketing professional with a passion for creative storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to achieve our financial targets and increase audience engagement
  • Manage our online presence, including social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement content creation plans
  • Monitor and analyze our marketing and communications efforts to inform future strategies
