Job Title: Agile Director

This role is responsible for overseeing the global estimating team and ensuring the financial success of NTT Global Data Centers projects. The Agile Director will establish global standards, processes, and procedures for estimating and implement them across the portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop standardized schedule program requirements for Data Center projects, including internal processes, GC contracts, and KPIs.
  • Review resource/cost loaded schedules to drive earned value analysis with project schedules.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to demonstrate current state project performance and detect potential issues.
  • Produce management level reports/indicators to demonstrate schedule performance across the portfolio of projects.
  • Effectively implement Last Planner/Pull Planning requirements into the scheduling requirements.
  • Review GC project schedules to identify potential concerns/issues with a focus on mitigation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop early project schedules using data-driven durations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or engineering.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience with construction scheduling responsibilities, including schedule development, analysis, CPM scheduling, earned value analysis, and TIA or other schedule impact analytical tools.
  • Experience with Data Centers or high-tech construction projects is preferred. PSP or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Fully versed in critical path scheduling requirements for construction projects.
  • Experience with earned value management and ability to utilize it in internal reporting.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to understand, build, and approve/accept schedules produced by contractors.
  • Experience in reviewing time impact analysis and recovery schedules.
  • Ability to clearly set and lead meetings to develop strong project control systems.
  • Ability to integrate data from P6 into Power BI dashboards, excellent analytical, creative thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
