About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchens and service counters, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation of delicious food to the highest standards
  • Lead and motivate our culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to ensure we meet our goals
  • Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we exceed expectations
  • Support and train our teams to ensure everyone can excel in their role
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
