About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and formulate new products and product lines to meet the organization's strategic objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and launch.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements and Skills

  1. A degree in agriculture, animal science, animal nutrition, or a related field would be desirable.
  2. Well-developed computer skills, particularly in Excel.
