We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing mild to moderate depression and anxiety.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals aged 16+.
- Deliver low-intensity psychological interventions, including individual and group work, to support individuals in managing anxiety and depression.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals to employment advice services.
- Contribute to the education and training of primary care professionals and other relevant agencies on mental health and psychological issues.
- Post Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Interventions or equivalent Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner qualification.
- Experience in delivering evidence-based, low-intensity interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.
