Job Overview

As a vital member of the Clinical Management and Triage Services (CMATS) administration team, you will deliver proficient and effective administrative support for clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include transcribing letters, reports, and other correspondence from dictated audio, necessitating experience in audio typing, strong IT skills, and a solid educational background. The ability to collaborate within a dynamic team is essential, and proficiency in Welsh is preferred; applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

In a fast-paced environment, you will provide a professional, efficient, and effective administrative service to the CMATS Lead, General Practitioners with Special Interests (GPwSIs), and Physiotherapy Extended Scope Practitioners.

You will utilize your initiative in complex situations to ensure that patient referrals are triaged and redirected accurately and promptly, adhering to local and national standards and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and maintain a patient-centered booking service.

Accurately transcribe clinic notes from dictated audio recordings within strict deadlines.
