Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Field Support Specialist to join our team at Computeam Ltd. As an IT Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment, including network devices, servers, and workstations.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with our expert Account Managers to provide holistic technical support and consultancy for valued clients.
- Participate in project work at client sites, with the potential for developing the direction and scope of these projects in the future.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support services or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Windows AD, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure AD.
- Well-developed network troubleshooting skills.
- Some experience with VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Relevant certification in Networking (e.g., CCNA) and/or Microsoft.
