As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of supplier statements, and maintaining up-to-date vendor records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and Verify Invoices: Accurately process and verify purchase invoices and credit notes onto our accounting system, ensuring all necessary authorizations and coding are in place.
  • Reconcile Supplier Statements: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
