p>Join QA Limited, a leading provider of education and training solutions, as a Financial Reporting Specialist. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Finance team in Leeds, West Yorkshire. h3>Key Responsibilities/h3> ul>li>Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, supporting data and reporting, including calculation of monthly revenue and direct costs./li>li>Assist with the preparation of monthly KPI reporting packs, including variance analysis./li>li>Provide meaningful commercial commentary on variances and suggestions on ways to improve KPI performance./li>li>Work with the Management Accounting team to ensure KPIs are correctly reflected in the accounting system and new KPIs can be tracked accurately./li>li>Assist with working capital analysis and reporting, including providing meaningful insight into drivers of variances and ways to improve forecasting of the balance sheet./li>li>Support the Financial Controller with short-term cash flow forecasting./li>li>Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, including deferred income and bad debt./li>li>Business partner with internal stakeholders, including the Income Team, Agents Payables Registry, and FP&A, to validate data./li>/ul> h3>Requirements/h3> ul>li>Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant./li>li>Previous experience in a similar role with management accounting responsibilities./li>li>Good commercial insight./li>li>Experience business partnering./li>li>Experience building management reports./li>li>Experience working on multiple projects at once and to tight deadlines./li>li>Sound knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and auditing./li>li>Advanced working knowledge of Excel./li>/ul> h3>About QA Higher Education/h3> p>We work with our partner universities to offer courses ranging from foundation programmes to postgraduate degrees, covering subject areas including Accountancy, Business, Computing, Cyber, Digital Marketing, Events Management, Project Management, and Web Development, delivered in city centre locations./p> h3>Equal Opportunities at QA Higher Education/h3> p>We continually celebrate the diverse community that different individuals cultivate./p> h3>Location/h3> West Yorkshire, Yorkshire, Leeds (Brewery Wharf) #
