Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives by managing an effective logistics network and supporting the settlement of trades
Primary Tasks:

Member of Logistics Team

Manage inbound booking schedules and communicate volumes with relevant sites

Organize collections with suitable hauliers, including temperature controlled when required

Coordinate logistics operations in line with distribution schedules

Coordinate with distribution hubs regarding the processing of goods and flag any delays to the Logistics Manager

Process each site's relevant logistics paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely fashion

Verify photos and condition reports to ensure they meet trade standards

Ensure customs paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner

Process goods transactions on our internal system

Ensure transactions are confirmed for invoice/payment in a timely fashion

Collaborate with the settlement team on the flagging and resolving of issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of warehouse operations

Previous experience in stock processing preferred

Knowledge of customs processes preferred

Excellent attention to detail

Wine industry knowledge or interest
