Job Summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking an experienced Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our team in a community-based setting. As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs in a community-based setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and carers.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in the last 2 years in a Paediatric Complex Care setting.
  • Recent experience in key skills such as Epilepsy care, Chest Physiotherapy, and Care of gastrostomy.
  • 12 months' experience in the UK.
  • Ability to commit to at least 1 shift per week.
