About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Complex Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership to enable the planning and delivery of safe, high-quality complex care to adults and children with complex needs in their own homes and/or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the clinical components of care delivery, ensuring high standards and proactively managing quality improvement, clinical risks, safety concerns, and complaints.
  • Support in the assessment, mobilization, and implementation of complex care clients to support business growth.
  • Regularly risk assess individual client needs and provide evidence-based clinical expertise and advice relating to care-planning and delivery.
  • Attend meetings and/or liaise with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, case managers, and clients to build and manage clinical caseload.
  • Act as a role model and leader for all members of staff, facilitating and delivering ongoing clinical knowledge/skills-training and competency assessments.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the delegation of clinical healthcare tasks required for clients to maintain a quality of life within the community.
Requirements
  • Adult, Child, or Dual Qualified Nurse with solid nursing experience.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and independent professional with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in partnership with healthcare professionals and collaborate with those already involved in client care.
  • Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.
