Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young people with severe or complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend family meetings, case review meetings, and discharge planning meetings as required.
  • Provide supervision to junior doctors and support their professional development.
  • Participate in service development through research, innovation, and local audit.
  • Engage in National Networks and contribute to the development of mental health services.
  • Supervise and support junior doctors in their clinical practice.
Requirements:
  • MRCPsych qualification.
  • CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Approved Clinician and Section 12 Approved status.
  • Evidenced-based practice and patient-centered care.
  • Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
