About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at AutoProtect Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing customer lists to sign up new policies.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer queries and improve business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and motivate.
  • Comfortable working in a contact/call centre environment.
