Salary: From £11.44 per hour

The Roseate Edinburgh Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

The Role:

You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and professional manner. This will include working in our Dunstane Restaurant & Bar, outside terrace, and assisting with events. You will also be part of our wider Front of House team, supporting reception and other processes as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a great hospitality environment and delivering fantastic customer service. Ideally, you will:

  • Be engaging, outgoing, and confident
  • Have a good knowledge of food and beverage products and be eager to develop your skills
  • Have an eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Be customer-focused and motivated by achieving great customer satisfaction
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player
