Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Catheter Suite team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing world-class care to patients undergoing cardiac and neurointerventional procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate the Cath Lab on a day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the on-call rota for Primary PCI and stroke thrombectomy, providing emergency care to patients as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff in other departments to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and concise nursing records are maintained, adhering to IRMER compliance and radiation protection guidelines.
