Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Catheter Suite team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing world-class care to patients undergoing a variety of cardiac and neurointerventional procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a skilled practitioner and clinical leader, providing support to the senior nursing team and coordinating the labs on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to IRMER and radiation protection safety guidelines.
- Participate in the Cath Lab on-call rota for Primary PCI and stroke thrombectomy, and provide support to nursing staff in other departments relating to patient care coordination.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise nursing records, and take responsibility for ensuring IRMER compliance and radiation protection for patients and staff.
