Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consultant Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Bupa Cromwell Hospital. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a vital role in supporting the consultants at our hospital and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Consultant Engagement Manager and Head of Consultant Engagement, including managing inboxes, data inputting, and coordinating projects.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce and distribute a monthly consultant newsletter.
  • Coordinate and attend monthly meetings with stakeholders, taking minutes and distributing them in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with consultants and secretaries to understand pain points and work with the Consultant Engagement Manager to streamline processes and improve the consultant experience.
  • Support the Consultant Engagement Manager in organizing and delivering consultant engagement and networking events.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider commercial team, including supporting the Connected Care strategy and engaging consultants in new pathways and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administration role in a fast-paced or project-oriented business environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and good written skills.
  • Experience in working in healthcare, ideally in a private setting.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate good attention to detail while meeting multiple project deadlines.
