Role Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant professional qualification (Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care) and have a minimum of two years of experience in the field of learning disabilities. Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills are essential, along with a track record of delivering results. Familiarity with safeguarding practices and relevant legislation is crucial.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role. This position is designated for female applicants due to a genuine occupational requirement as outlined in the Equality Act 2010.
