About the Role

We are seeking kind, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Reliable, professional, respectful, and gentle
  • Passion for helping others and finding creative ways to improve a person's life
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Availability to work every other weekend

Additional Information

Initial training is fully paid for. Once you've completed your training, you'll be introduced to individuals that match your interests and abilities. You can shadow one of our experienced Care Professionals to see what the role entails and have opportunities to reflect and make sure you are comfortable in your relationship with the person you support.

Your role is to help your client feel comfortable, secure, and happy and work with the larger team to ensure that they are living the best life possible. We work with you to come up with exciting ideas and creative activities to make their lives more stimulating and fulfilling.
