We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Wimborne. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all department transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting agreed service levels.
- Provide support to customers using online functionality and assist the retention officer with customer contact and follow-up calls.
- Produce reports and management information as requested, ensuring that customer dissatisfaction and complaints are escalated accordingly.
- Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries received within the department, providing a high standard of customer service.
- Be aware of Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority requirements, as well as internal compliance regulations.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers, providing flexibility and reassurance as needed.
- Proven track record in an administrative environment, with excellent PC skills and knowledge of word and excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work towards a Certificate in Retail Banking or CeMAP.
