About the Role
Away Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners to ensure our venues and facilities are clean and sparkling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of cleaners to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with other team leaders and the wider park team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain and monitor toilets, ensuring they are clean and fully stocked
- Ensure floors are free from rubbish and bins are emptied regularly
- Dust, mop, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the day
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing staff
- Experience in a housekeeping role, with knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
