About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our exceptional supported living service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping the individuals we support live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with Daily Chores: Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care to ensure the individuals we support maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication with care and precision, adhering to the individuals' medication plans and protocols.
  • Active Support and Engagement: Provide active support and engage with individuals in meaningful activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Personal Care: Offer personal care with dignity and respect, ensuring the individuals' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Community Involvement: Accompany individuals on leisure activities and into the community, promoting social interaction and integration.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: While previous experience in social care is not essential, we require candidates to have a good understanding of the sector.
  • Positive Attitude: Approach your work with positivity and empathy, demonstrating a commitment to providing the highest level of care.
  • Driver's License: Hold a full driver's license and have access to your own vehicle, as this role may involve transporting individuals.
