About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hazelmere House Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and adherence to our high clinical standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • NMC registration and a valid pin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
