We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

This is a 12-hour permanent night contract available, with the opportunity to work additional hours as a Bank nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met
  • Coaching and guiding the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing
  • Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard
  • Confidence in offering clinical guidance to the care team and supporting with CQC tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
