About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
