A leading construction company is seeking a skilled Freelance Site Manager to join their team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with reputable main contractors and a track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Supervise and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to commute to project sites as required
