Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Latcom Plc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and extending our IT infrastructure, assisting in the delivery of projects, and expanding our firm's offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide users with technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Infrastructure Management: Work with suppliers and external developers to resolve problems, maintain on-premises and cloud-based server infrastructure, and oversee system backup creation and integrity.
- Training and Development: Provide training on new and existing systems, collaborating with staff on projects such as new software deployments.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solve and advise on the use of technology in the firm, ensuring the effective use of resources.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience mentoring or training junior members of staff, with the ability to step in for the Head of IT.
- Technical Skills: Supporting technologies include Active Directory/Entra ID Administration, Hyper-V, Win Server 2022, Azure (VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop), Windows 11, iOS Devices, Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 Admin (Office, SharePoint, Teams).
Working Arrangements
This role is fully office-based, requiring regular attendance at our premises.
