Employment Advisor - Offender Services

Aspire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team in Bradford. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and a pension scheme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering support to offenders prior to release, helping them to overcome complex barriers and achieve their goals. This will involve working one-to-one and in groups to provide advice, guidance, and coaching.
